Choosing your tub

1. What is the difference between the HD Pro and the HD Ultimate model?

The HD Pro is larger and round, built for long and deep immersions (up to 2 people). The HD Ultimate is more compact and vertical with an integrated seat, designed for individual use and tighter spaces.

2. Which model fits through a standard door?

The HD Ultimate is designed to fit through standard doors. The HD Pro does not fit through a standard door, so plan for adequate access for delivery and placement.

3. Can I use it all year round?

Yes. The tubs are fully insulated, and you can use a chiller for temperature control. In freezing conditions, follow the winter guidance for the chiller and consider a de-icer.

3. What's included with the tub?

Each tub includes the fully insulated tub plus two stainless steel plugs.

Power Chiller and temperature control

1. Does the tub come with the Eternal Ice Power Chiller?

The tub and chiller are sold separately. Bundles are available that include both.

2. What is the minimum attainable temperature?

Down to 2°C with the Eternal Ice Power Chiller.

3. What temperature range can the chiller reach?

The chiller can cool down to 2°C and heat up to 40°C.

4. How long does it take to cool down?

Depending on your starting water temperature, it can reach low temperatures in a few hours. After that, it maintains your set temperature automatically.

5. How loud is the chiller?

The Eternal Ice Power Chiller is designed for home use. It is rated at 52 dB or less. Noise level is comparable to a window AC unit. Most customers are comfortable using it in a garage, basement, home gym, outdoor deck, patio or dedicated room. If you're highly noise‑sensitive, we can help you choose the best placement.

6. Does the cold bath + chiller consume a lot of electricity?

The chiller is designed to run efficiently and maintain temperature once it reaches your set point.

7. What power does the chiller require?

Voltage: 110 V (standard). Power consumption: 900 W (cooling) and 1000 W (heating).

8. Does the chiller include filtration and ozone?

Yes. It includes a 50-micron coarse paper filter and an integrated ozone system.

9. Does the chiller have Wi-Fi control?

Yes. Built-in Wi-Fi lets you control temperature through a mobile app, including scheduling.

10. Is the chiller compatible with all Eternal Ice models?

It is designed to work with the HD Pro and HD Ultimate using standard 1/2" connections and the included hoses.

11. What's included with the Power Chiller?

The shipment includes the chiller and the accessories listed on the product page, including hoses and filter components.

Setup and installation

1. Is the Eternal Ice Bath difficult to install?

No. Place it where you want, connect the hoses, fill it, then set your temperature.

2. How do I connect the hoses correctly?

Connect the top fitting on the bath to the chiller outlet, and the bottom fitting on the bath to the chiller inlet.

3. Do I need Teflon tape?

Yes. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections to help create a proper seal.

4. When should I turn the chiller on?

Fill the tub first, confirm all fittings are secure, then turn the chiller on and set your temperature.

Indoor, outdoor, and winter use

1. Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes. The tub can be used indoors or outdoors. For outdoor use in harsh winters, it is mandatory to unplug the chiller and store it indoors, and to use a de-icer when ice begins to build up. The chiller must never be left in temperatures below 0°C (32°F).

2. Can the chiller be used outdoors?

Yes, as long as ambient temperature is above 0°C (32°F). In winter it must be drained and stored in a heated area.

3. Can the chiller be used in freezing conditions?

No. Using the chiller in freezing conditions voids warranty coverage.

4. How do I prepare my chiller for winter storage?

Drain it fully and store it in a heated area.

De-Icer

1. What does the Eternal Ice De-Icer do?

It is designed to help prevent ice formation. It is a 1000 W unit with a thermostat that activates below 2°C and deactivates at 25°C.

2. Is it safe to use the De-Icer while I'm in the bath?

No. Do not leave the De-Icer in the bath or connected while you are in it. Unplug it before entering the water.

Water care and maintenance

1. What maintenance is required?

Ozone sanitation helps disinfect the water, and the 50-micron coarse paper filter helps remove particles. Keep the lid on when not in use to reduce debris.

2. How often should I replace the filter?

Replace the filter as needed based on usage and water flow. If you notice reduced flow, it is time to change it.

3. Do I need to balance my water?

Yes. Maintaining pH, alkalinity, and hardness helps support water quality and protect components, and helps reduce the need to change the filter.

4. How often should I run ozone?

Use the ozone system regularly to help maintain water quality. Frequency depends on usage. Each time the chiller starts, a 1-hour ozone cycle is automatically initiated.

Usage and safety

1. Is it safe for all levels?

Cold exposure carries real risk if misused. Start gradually, keep sessions short at first, and consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or concerns.

2. Do I need to be an athlete to use a cold bath?

No. Many people use cold exposure as part of a wellness routine. Start gradually and build consistency.

3. How often should I take cold baths to see results?

Many people follow a routine of a few sessions per week. Consistency matters.

Commercial and professional use

1. Can this be used in a gym, clinic, or commercial setting?

Yes, but commercial use has warranty implications. The warranty covers non-commercial use for the original consumer purchaser. Commercial use requires explicit prior written consent.

Shipping and delivery

1. How is the Eternal Ice Bath delivered? Do you install it for me?

Orders are delivered directly to your door, ready to use. Most customers can move and position the tub with 1–2 people. At this time, installation is DIY, but we include a step‑by‑step document and offer a virtual walkthrough call to help you plan placement, power, and setup. For commercial / gym installs, contact us for tailored support.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

3. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 7 to 14 business days after processing (excluding pre-sale items).

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is available.

5. Will I receive tracking?

Yes. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

6. Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes.

7. What if my address is incomplete or incorrect?

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Issues caused by incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

8. What if redelivery is required?

Any redelivery or storage fees are the customer's responsibility.

9. What if my package is marked delivered but missing?

Once a carrier marks a package delivered, contact the carrier directly.

Returns and refunds

1. What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. What condition must returns be in?

Items must be unused, uninstalled, include all accessories and tags, and be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

3. How do I start a return?

Contact support by email with your order number and the reason for return. Include photos if applicable.

4. Is an RMA required?

Yes. Return instructions and an RMA are required. Items sent without an approved RMA will be refused.

5. Who pays return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Custom or special-order products and personalized items, consumables if opened or used, final-sale items, and gift cards.

7. How do exchanges work?

The fastest approach is typically to complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Refund timing follows the refund policy after inspection and approval.

9. Do you offer an EU cooling-off period?

If goods are shipped into the EU, the refund policy outlines the applicable cancellation and return window and conditions.

Warranty and service

1. What exactly does the warranty cover?

A limited 2-year warranty that covers cracks and material defects when used as intended and appropriately maintained.

2. What is not covered by the warranty?

Improper installation, relocation, accidents, misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications, neglected maintenance, and damage to surrounding surfaces or structures.

3. What about fading or cosmetic aging?

Natural signs of aging such as fading may occur over time.

4. Does freezing affect warranty coverage for the chiller?

Yes. Use of the chiller in freezing conditions voids warranty coverage.

5. Who pays for shipping on a warranty claim?

If a warranty claim requires return shipment, the customer arranges shipping to the service location. If a defect is confirmed under warranty, documented shipping costs may be reimbursed up to a combined maximum of CAD $250.

6. What happens if something breaks? How does service work?

If you have an issue, contact support. Troubleshooting and next steps are handled through our support process.

7. Is the warranty valid for commercial use?

The warranty applies to non-commercial use by the original consumer purchaser. Commercial use requires explicit prior written consent.
