The HD Pro is larger and round, built for long and deep immersions (up to 2 people). The HD Ultimate is more compact and vertical with an integrated seat, designed for individual use and tighter spaces.

The HD Ultimate is designed to fit through standard doors. The HD Pro does not fit through a standard door, so plan for adequate access for delivery and placement.

Yes. The tubs are fully insulated, and you can use a chiller for temperature control. In freezing conditions, follow the winter guidance for the chiller and consider a de-icer.

Each tub includes the fully insulated tub plus two stainless steel plugs.

Both the HD Ultimate and the HD Pro comfortably fit users up to about 6'7". The HD Ultimate is designed for individual seated use, while the HD Pro offers more room to submerge and can fit two people seated across from each other.

Yes. Eternal Ice tubs use standard 1/2" inlet/outlet fittings, so chillers with matching connections can be used.

The tub and chiller are sold separately. Bundles are available that include both.

The chiller can cool down to 2°C and heat up to 40°C.

Depending on your starting water temperature, it can reach low temperatures in a few hours. After that, it maintains your set temperature automatically.

The Eternal Ice Power Chiller is designed for home use. It is rated at 52 dB or less. Noise level is comparable to a window AC unit. Most customers are comfortable using it in a garage, basement, home gym, outdoor deck, patio or dedicated room. If you're highly noise‑sensitive, we can help you choose the best placement.

Yes, as long as the tub has standard 1/2" hose connections. It works best with rigid insulated tubs.

The Power Chiller can connect to an inflatable tub if it has compatible 1/2" hose fittings, but performance may be limited because inflatable tubs are poorly insulated.

Yes. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections to help create a proper seal.

Yes. The tub can be used indoors or outdoors. For outdoor use in harsh winters, it is mandatory to unplug the chiller and store it indoors, and to use a de-icer when ice begins to build up. The chiller must never be left in temperatures below 0°C (32°F).

Yes, as long as ambient temperature is above 0°C (32°F). In winter it must be drained and stored in a heated area.

No. Using the chiller in freezing conditions voids warranty coverage.

No. The chiller must not be used in freezing conditions or left below 0°C. Winter freeze protection is handled by the De-Icer, not the chiller.

No. Recirculation does not protect the chiller from freeze damage. Drain the chiller fully and store it indoors as soon as ambient temperatures approach freezing.

With the De-Icer plugged in, it is designed to activate automatically below 2°C and help keep the water from freezing solid. Without it, the water can freeze solid during extended sub-zero temperatures.

No. Insulation slows heat loss, but it will not prevent full freezing during sustained sub-zero weather. Use the De-Icer for daily winter use.

Yes. Eternal Ice Bath is based in Lévis, Quebec, and the tubs are designed for real Canadian winter conditions. With the De-Icer, customers can use their bath outdoors year-round, including during sub-zero weather.

It is designed to help prevent ice formation. It is a 1000 W unit with a thermostat that activates below 2°C and deactivates at 25°C.

No. Do not leave the De-Icer in the bath or connected while you are in it. Unplug it before entering the water.

The De-Icer should not rest directly on inflatable walls or floors because it can damage the material. It is best used with rigid insulated tubs.

Ozone sanitation helps disinfect the water, and the 50-micron coarse paper filter helps remove particles. Keep the lid on when not in use to reduce debris.

Replace the filter as needed based on usage and water flow. If you notice reduced flow, it is time to change it.

Yes. Maintaining pH, alkalinity, and hardness helps support water quality and protect components, and helps reduce the need to change the filter.

Our warranty and support apply to installations built with Eternal Ice components, hoses, and fittings as supplied. Custom or modified setups — homemade hoses, non-Eternal Ice fittings, custom plumbing, or altered configurations — can cause air intake, leaks, poor circulation, reduced efficiency, or premature damage, and our technical team may not be able to fully investigate or support them.
