Redelivery & Storage Fees
- If redelivery is required, any associated fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure availability on the scheduled delivery date, as EIB inc. will not cover these costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- EIB inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
