FREQUENTLY ASKED

Everything you need to know before you order.

Where is Eternal Ice Bath manufactured?

Eternal Ice Bath is designed and manufactured in Lévis, Quebec, Canada. The engineering team behind the product also runs Geninox, a precision-manufacturing company specializing in industrial equipment.

How cold does the Power Chiller go?

The Power Chiller cools down to 2°C and heats up to 40°C. It is Wi-Fi controlled via a smartphone app, allowing precise temperature control year-round.

Does the HD Ultimate tub fit through a standard door?

Yes. The HD Ultimate cold plunge is 30.5 inches wide and fits through a standard 32-inch residential door with no disassembly required.

What is the warranty?

Eternal Ice Bath offers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material flaws. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging).

What's the difference between an inflatable cold plunge and the HD Ultimate?

Inflatable cold plunges are cheaper but suffer from punctures, weak insulation, and inconsistent temperature. The HD Ultimate uses 4–6 mm MDPE walls, 45 mm polyurethane foam insulation, and an industrial-grade chiller — engineered for Canadian winters and built to last a lifetime.

WHEN EVERY ICE BATH ON THE MARKET FAILED THEM

The Engineers Who Built Eternal Ice Bath

Pierre-Luc Corriveau is an engineer and President of Geninox, a Quebec manufacturing company that builds precision industrial equipment. He knows what good engineering looks like. The recycling bin full of ice water he started with proved the benefits of cold immersion were real. The inflatable tub he upgraded to did not. Stress cracks. Walls deflating. Insulation that could not hold temperature through a Quebec winter.

Together with Guillaume Couture, they tore the chiller apart, identified every failure point, and rebuilt it from the ground up. The result: a Power Chiller built with industrial-grade components, engineered to last.

Then they designed the cold plunge tub itself, iterating daily until it was right, and invested over $100,000 in precision molds to get there.

2-year warranty. Built by two people who use it every morning.

When your equipment fails, your routine fails. They built Eternal Ice Bath so that never happens to you.
