A Friendship That Lasts Through Time

Eternal Ice is, first and foremost, the story of two friends, Pierre-Luc Corriveau and Guillaume Couture, who have known each other since childhood. It all began on Abenaquise Street in Quebec, where, at the age of 4 or 5, they spent their days playing street hockey with the other kids in the neighborhood. An orange ball, improvised goals, and hours of play until the streetlights came on.

Their first "collaboration" dates back to when they were 7 or 8 years old, when they combined their Upper Deck hockey card collections. With a near-professional attention to detail, they sorted, exchanged, and analyzed each card, already showing their methodical approach and passion for doing things well.

During their teenage years, their paths diverged. Pierre-Luc became deeply involved in soccer before pursuing studies in mechanical engineering and founding Geninox, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of liquid product packaging equipment. On the other hand, Guillaume became passionate about music and aviation before shifting towards programming and project management in IT.

In 2017, a mutual friend invited Guillaume to join a dek hockey league that Pierre-Luc was already part of. The joy of playing together came back naturally, and their friendship resumed as if nothing had changed.

From Dek Hockey to Ice Baths

In 2024, a new idea emerged. Pierre-Luc, a fan of cold plunges, saw an opportunity to improve what was available on the market. After discussions and reflections, Guillaume joined the project, and together, they decided to develop higher-quality products, more suited to Canadian's realities.

Thus, Eternal Ice was born: a Quebec-based company that designs and manufactures durable, high-performance, and accessible ice baths, created for those looking to optimize their recovery and well-being with reliable, quality products.
