- If the breaker trips while running, the cause is high running current: dirty condenser fins or blocked airflow (clean the rear grille, keep 30 cm / 12 in of clearance) or low outlet voltage (extension cord, shared circuit). Support: 418-809-0331.

## Policies

- **Warranty**: 2 years limited. Covers manufacturing defects and material flaws. **Parts**: a part found defective is shipped free of charge. **Labour is not covered**: installing or replacing the part is the customer's responsibility. Most parts (filter, hoses, fittings, seals) can be swapped in minutes; remote technical support (email or phone) walks the customer through it, at no cost. Leaving the chiller outside in winter is misuse: if the power goes out, the water inside freezes and the damage is not covered.
- **Returns**: 30 days from delivery. Unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. For warranty-covered defects, EIB reimburses up to CAD $250 of documented return costs.
- **Shipping**: Canada and United States. **Free shipping in Quebec and Ontario on orders of $2,000 or more**; below that amount and elsewhere, rates are calculated at checkout based on the address. Express delivery available. 24 h pickup possible at our warehouse (Lévis, Quebec).

This prevents rainwater from running down the cord into the receptacle and causing a short. Do not force the plug or cord. Water damage from a cord-up install is not covered by warranty.
- **Chiller placement**: The chiller must sit at the same level as the tub or lower — never above it. The pump is not self-priming; mounted higher than the bath it has to lift water, loses prime and draws air, which stops circulation and can run the pump dry.---
